The weapon Shi Qi used to attack Shi Jianchuan. Shi Qi had bought the knife and struck first. During the struggle, Shi Jianchuan seized the blade and redirected it into Shi Qi's chest, killing him. The police determined this constituted justifiable defense under Article 20 of the Criminal Law.
