The dialogue in this chapter is distinctive and purposeful. Each character speaks in a way that reveals their social position and personality. Madam Fang's voice is that of a frugal woman who wants to appear generous - her impulsive offer to hire Nie Qinghe followed by immediate regret is perfectly captured. Madam Zhao's mocking tone when she suggests five coins shows her competitive nature. Nie Qinghe's dialogue is measured and strategic - she rarely says more than necessary, always calculating the impact of her words. Manager Liu's speech patterns reflect his position as a businessman - he's polite, apologetic, but also calculating. The exchange about jewelry rental is particularly good dialogue - it moves from problem (women can't afford new jewelry) to solution (rental service) with natural back-and-forth. Nie Qinghe's internal monologue provides another voice - she's constantly analyzing, planning, strategizing. The dream narrative she tells is delivered with confidence and detail, showing how she can perform different versions of herself depending on the audience. The dialogue never feels expository; it's always advancing character or plot.
The pacing in these chapters is absolutely ruthless in the best way. Every scene ends on a little emotional hook that makes you immediately want the next one. Let me trace it: Chapter starts with her doubting he's the real Qing Yanshen → he comes back sweating with toys and medicine → she rejects his money → he finds the apartment → she rejects his presence → he goes back to the dorm alone → the coworker flashback → 2 AM Googling about toddlers → next morning he brings breakfast → she's touched but still guarded → he asks about the order phase → she's eating soup dumplings and her eyes light up → and then it cuts. Each beat is short, each beat moves the relationship forward or backward, and the author knows exactly when to pull the rug out. The apartment scene is the masterclass here—he builds up this fantasy for pages, lets you believe maybe they'll live together, and then shatters it with three sentences. "There's probably no space for you, right?" The transition from the heavy hotel confrontation to the lightness of the next morning breakfast is also brilliant. You breathe out, then immediately start breathing in again. No dragging, no filler. Every paragraph earns its place.
Harem! Harem! Harem please! Be a goat and give us a harem of beautys. No harem guys won’t like it since you definitely plan to have multiple girls like the MC. So you might as well add harem!
This is a fantastic story, and is very original. The characters are all given a lot of depth and you can understand why people did what they did. Also, this story does not focus solely on the main character's perspective. Finally, the brother of the main character seems more op than the main character (so far).
Its plot is excellent, truly engaging, and filled with many splendid scenes that are depicted very well. The characters are beautifully crafted. I believe this is going to be a great story. Keep going! ?
Good write up,wow no errors and Great book , better character and good setting, I'm finishing these chapters tonight I'm technically glued to my screen rn I just had to put up this review. I hope their is a way to get notified when next you post
The story was quite intriguing. I was hooked from the first chapter. Great job, author. I like the characters too. And it wasn't fast-paced, just enough for a romance book. Highly recommend!
The novel is a wild ride where the world is basically a big computer program, and stuff like rain or earthquakes are just bugs in the system. It mixes cool sci-fi ideas with deep questions about life and reality. It makes you think—what if everything we experience is just a glitch in the code?
Great story with lots of future potential, keep updating please :)
I still can't get these NTR lovers, they are practically different species of you ask me and I actually want one in my basement so I can dissect them and see how they tick (I was kidding about the last one BTW though I really want to know what goes in their minds)
Absolutely love this. I am feral for anything in the romance Genre... can I just say. yes. miss author. you've got something going on here
This is an engaging blend of adventure, fantasy, and character-driven storytelling.I love the protagonists' journey, it is filled with unexpected twists, humor, and heartfelt moments that resonate on an emotional level. Good job!
