I need to be honest with you — I went into this expecting the usual transmigration wedding night tropes. You know the ones: the terrified MC, the cold/abusive husband, the dramatic confrontation. Instead, I got... this? "Don't be afraid. I'll treat you well." That's it. That's the line. And somehow it's MORE powerful than any dramatic declaration because it's genuine. Yinreng isn't playing a role. He's not scheming. He's a guy who just got married, noticed his bride is stiff as a board, and decides to be kind about it. The morning after scene absolutely made me melt though. Let me just say this: Yu Mu staring at him while he sleeps, getting caught, and then honestly telling him "I just wanted to look at Your Highness" because he's exceptionally handsome? That's not some calculated move. That's a girl who is genuinely flustered and adorable about this whole situation. "I haven't even done anything yet, and you're already blushing? Come out from there. You'll suffocate yourself." He's laughing. He's genuinely amused and fond. And Yu Mu, who came into this marriage with zero experience and maximum anxiety, is slowly — so slowly — starting to relax. The text says "No matter what happened in the future... at least the beginning was a good one." And I believed her. But here's what got me emotionally: the family goodbye. Two months. She'd only lived with this adoptive family for TWO MONTHS and she's already feeling genuine sadness leaving them. "Although she'd only lived with this family for two months... She could genuinely feel how much they loved her. She was deeply moved. And she wanted to repay that affection." That line about wanting to repay their affection — it's simple but it carries so much weight. This isn't just a girl entering a palace marriage. This is someone who has found love and is terrified of losing it, who's stepping into an unknown future while carrying the weight of people who believe in her. The CP chemistry isn't explosive or dramatic. It's quiet. It's him slowing his pace because she's nervous. It's her pouring him tea with steady hands even though her heart is racing. It's the candlelight and the silence and the fact that they both fall asleep holding each other. It's the kind of romance that makes you believe in something gentle.
really good book that is also very well written. synopsis was great and i got hooked really fast, definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a good read!
fck this is crazy i mean i love this book pls update More of the chapters
I think the overall story is good, the only problem I have with the story is that its hard to get attached to the female leads, they are all the same just lust driven lemon maniacs that get enticed by the first big banana they see.
Hello great author, I'm a huge fan of your work! Your book left a lasting impression on me, and I believe it has the potential to reach even more readers. I'd be honored to share some thoughts on how to enhance its impact and visibility. Would you be open to hearing my thoughts?
This is an epic novel lost of action comedy not what you would be expecting but lovely to read . I love to see more about Lucian journey and where it lead to the companions he gets
So far so good. It's a thrilling adventure that I'm definitely sticking around to see how it ends.
Starting this book, I thought it was going to be the same typical boring cheating story. Man goes to war, comes back with another woman, blah blah BUT GODDAMN!!! The plottwist!! I was not expecting that. This was definitely refreshing and it has a totally new concept in it. Can't wait to read more!
From Sand to Field: A Center-Back's Dream is a captivating sports novel that pulls you into the life of an ambitious young player with dreams of making it big. The storytelling is immersive, and you can truly feel the sweat, grit, and passion of the main character’s journey from humble beginnings on sandy fields to competitive matches. The author does a fantastic job of balancing the intense world of youth soccer with slice-of-life elements, giving readers a genuine and relatable experience. The character development is compelling, the plot is engaging, and the detailed scenes on and off the field make you feel like you're right there with the protagonist. If you enjoy sports, growth-focused stories, or novels that celebrate resilience, this one is definitely worth a read!
Dark fantasy that dives straight into chaos. Forget redemption arcs this is about a protagonist who embraces power and selfishness with no regrets. The story starts with a familiar setup: a weak, overlooked guy gets a system and godlike strength. But instead of heroics, he chooses domination, carving his own path without holding back. The tone is unapologetically dark, leaning into morally complex choices and twisted dynamics. The "NTR Harem" angle is controversial but serves the story’s bold style rather than feeling like cheap shock value. Action and world-building are well-executed, blending xianxia elements with a fresh, ruthless edge. The pacing is sharp, keeping the plot engaging as the stakes rise with each chapter.Side characters, especially the harem members, have depth and agency, adding layers to their interactions with the MC. While the content is mature and graphic, it never feels pointless—it always serves the narrative. If you enjoy dark, morally gray stories with high stakes and no punches pulled, this one’s worth your time.Final Verdict: Bold, dark, and captivating.
Better translation than expected, I liked the translation, it’s not the typical MTL translation. Please keep translating !
