The writing and grammar in this story are horrific at best. I thought i was reading a MTL but then i noticed that even those are more comfortable to read then this. I could only get past 2 chapters and i still have no clue what i just read. the only question i have is what story were the reviewers reading when they wrote there reviews
the book is just gorgeous because the main character is special and an oddball (I like it) well, the plot is straight fingers lick I wish this book promotion
Its a good concept, but its too simple. It has none of the expected complicated political structure in the palace. Characters are all quite flat, and the world is mostly unexplained. At least they told us the cultivations levels.

I'm positively having a rather "deadly" attraction to this novel! I like how Chloe interacts with her new world and I love how she's trying to adjust to the world she is in now. Humanizing the ghosts is also a nice touch. I wish to read this more in the future chapters!

I see great potential in this novel. The characters come together nicely, and the story development seems to be there, which always feels good for the novel in the long run. Many xianxia based novels released right now, but somehow I feel this one to be the greatest of them all.

Oh boy, where should I start with this.In the beginning, it was okay. Not particularly great, mind you, and it didn't really break the mold beyond its premise, but that itself was interesting enough that I was willing to give it a try.Then we get to chapter 30-31. Spoilers ahead:So, the MC and his party are being impeded by the Confucians on the island where the land he purchased is, to protest against his incoming shutdown of the brothel on it (which they're fond of). They rail against him, and the MC is apparently in a dilemma according to the current antagonist - he can't just have them killed, cause quite a few of those Confucians are ordained by the Imperial Advisor, who his father and family is subordinate to. Let's leave aside the morality of killing unarmed people who are basically just trash-talking you - that's probably a fantasy of many people on Qidian, no point in looking for support on that matter here. Here, we're presented a problem the MC should have to solve with his wits, and we've had it explained to us before about exactly why this is a problem, and how the MC will have to deal with it. So how does the MC deal with it?By ... killing them all by ordering his Grandmaster servant. Great. So all that talk earlier was complete bull****, huh? Based on how the story's going, it probably won't even matter. So the MC deals with things in the most retarded, straightforward way, gets praised for it, and we're supposed to look up to this idiot and the plot that tries to create obstacles for the MC, but goes back to sucking his dick when he says no.Too dumb for me, fam. I'm out.
This novel is what I imagine a standard parody would be if it were double-tapped in the back of the head and reincarnated with the superpowers of: smexiness, hilarity, over-the-topness, min/maxing, abusing game mechanics.If Akira/SexLover69/Squirrel Girl were a D&D character, they would align as perfectly Chaotic Neutral - a force in and of themselves, obsessed with the very decadent physical attributes chosen during character creation (namely: T&A).It's hard to describe a more perfect parody of every reincarnation system mechanic webnovel; it even involves furries. I imagine that one day the author themselves will be reincarnated by an amused and sadistic god into this very world for even THINKING of creating such a masterpiece as this.Five stars. 7/5.
