An old man stationed at the H-17 Observation Center of the United Government First Aerospace Base. After eleven days of flight, the detector approached the location of anomalous gravitational waves. He observed a spherical region with a diameter of over one hundred meters where space bent and rotated slowly. He felt a faint sense of panic and suggested launching a craft to investigate.
