Wait a minute! If there wasn't a trace of land . . . so, where was he sitting right now? On the sea?!
There is so much more that I have planned for this novel but such is life.
"Violet, are you ok? Are you hurt?" asked Noah to the dumbstruck girl behind him. She nodded softly and looked at his hand. "Noah, your hand is bleeding! we need to go to the infirmary now." After a moment Noah felt the little stinging pain on his hand and decided to follow Violet.
The majority of literature courses at the high-school level (and college, for that matter) are one semester in length, which makes it difficult to teach a novel. When curricula calls for the instructor to cover a certain number of authors and/or literary movements in a given course, devoting several weeks to one book is often impractical, if not impossible. Furthermore, the reluctancy of young readers to tackle a whole novel makes including one even more of a challenge. Yet the occasional longer work, something in between the short story and short novel, can be worthwhile for both teacher and student. Often, these in-between texts offer the concentrated plot line of the story coupled with increased character development and use of imagery/symbolism. These length fictions frequently have what novelist and scholar John Gardner called "an almost oriental purity. . . [an] elegant tracing of an emotional line" (183). There are several excellent pieces of writing which fall into this literary no-man's land -- some well-known, others not -- but finding them is often made difficult by book publishers who masquerade these briefer works as full-blown novels.
Nang nasa loob na ng school ang dalaga ay nagtanong ang kaklase nya.
"I can offer you anything that is within my power if you become my agent on Earth." Sam said without completely explained much of anything. Pearl face-palmed and started to explain to Alina what had happened from Sam meeting to admin til now.
"Human I wills need you to move as this passage is a littles small."
"Lalu? Apa yang salah?"
Thanks, you as well. If you ever need someone to talk to, let me know. Sometimes it helps just to talk about it.
"Oh, dammit... it's just some weird looking Pooch-Something. Nevermind. Ignore what I said, I was wondering why some human would still be interested in me. Whatever then, stop bothering me anyway, I'm searching for something good." - She turns around again reapplying her attention to the trash, seem like she doesn't even see me as an enemy.
"Yeah I just wanted to talk to you, but it soundly like you're still at work." Arianna's shy voice surprised both her bodyguard and driver. Neither of them had ever heard her talk like this to anyone. Was there finally a man in her life and who could it be? Who was good enough for their beloved mistress? Both men looked at each other with a curious expression, but both knew not to ask any questions.
Somewhere within the luxurious mansion is one of the rooms which is clearly locked from the inside. There's a woman corpse which is still warm in bathtub, the bathtub is full of blood which is clearly from the corpse.
