Okay so I need to talk about this scene where Ning Xin asks about the ancestral recipe book and her grandmother literally just drops the bomb that it was all a joke her father made up. This is HUGE for the plot because in the original story Ning Yi gave this recipe book to the female lead, right? So if it never existed, that means Ning Yi gave her something fake, which completely changes the power dynamic. It also explains why Ning Xin was so desperate to find it - she thought it was real evidence of her father's legacy. The fact that the grandmother reveals this while eating those disgusting steamed buns is such a perfect narrative choice. The food is terrible, the revelation is devastating, and Ning Xin is stuck in between. It's like the universe is saying your whole quest was based on a lie. I also love how this ties into the father's character - he was clever enough to make smart decisions at every turning point, but apparently also clever enough to lie to his kids about a recipe book. The plot is weaving together so many threads here: the rebirth element, the family secrets, the recipe book that doesn't exist, and now we're starting to understand why Ning Xin's original life went so wrong. She was looking for something that was never there in the first place. What a twist.
Utter nonsense. The grammar is bad. There are "" marks when there is no conversation. The mc's ability has conditions to activate but seems to activate without them. Makes no sense. Author has rushed the book alot. Too much potential wasted over there.
It seems like this is gonna be extremely exciting! The plots, characters and events are not your typical novel one
I love how Craig shows his improvement. From crybaby to leader. This past few chapters I have noticed the changes going on, especially after his Awakeng. Love it!

when i read the first chapter i almost thought this was a story about the demon world looking upon us - about Covid and man made lab leaked viruses. only a few chapters are released maybe the plot will become clear by then. good luck on the novel
