Okay so this entire chapter is basically one gloriously chaotic domino effect and I am HERE for it. It starts with Shen Qingsong casually showing up to class with homemade breakfast and within twenty minutes he has turned into some kind of street vendor with a waiting list. The plot structure here is so satisfying—every scene builds on the last like a snowball rolling downhill. First it's just Zhou Tianang and Du Lang wanting food, then the entire class catches wind, then Supervisor Zhu walks in at the worst possible moment, and then Professor Qi just... appears. The author never lets up. Every time you think the scene is over, someone new shows up and complicates things. The real plot twist though? Shen Qingsong isn't even trying to be the center of attention. He's just a quiet kid who wanted to eat breakfast in peace, and somehow his sister's cooking has made him the most popular person in the entire Academy. The irony is delicious. And then on top of that, Du Lang's scheme to move in with him—"I'll share your bed, no need for a separate room"—that's a whole new subplot that just dropped like a bomb. Where does this go? Is Du Lang really just after the food, or is there something else underneath? I need to know.
"Lv4. Tu Bieshu (The Most Handsome Guy on the Internet) has entered the stream." I need to talk about this character dynamic because it is absolutely delicious. Xi Yang is this intimidating CEO who walks into a meeting and executives are suffocating just from his presence, and yet the moment his phone buzzes with a livestream notification, his mouth lifts. Just slightly. Just enough. And then he cancels the entire meeting. CANCELS IT. With a line that's basically "I hope your proposals aren't garbage" and everyone slinks away like scolded puppies. This man has power and he is using it to go watch a girl sell buns. Meanwhile, Ye Sheng has no idea any of this is happening. She's just out here doing her thing, joking with viewers, threatening to report slacking employees, completely unaware that a billionaire is watching her stream with two portions of buns secured. The dramatic irony is killing me. And the chat! "Lv4. Tu Bieshu" and "Lv3. She Has Eyebrows Like Distant Mountains" are already shipping them in the comments and I am HERE FOR IT. The fact that Xi Yang posts "So lucky—I bought two portions" as "Young Master Yang" and immediately starts drama in the chat shows he's not just a cold CEO stereotype—he's playful, he's mischievous, he's a gremlin. I love it. But what I really want to know is when Ye Sheng is going to find out. Because when she does, the explosion is going to be legendary.
Can we talk about how the author makes this 1940s Chinese small town feel SO real? The first thing that hit me was the medicinal herb scene. Xiao Cheng walking into that courtyard and being hit with "the pungent smell of medicinal plants—sharp and overwhelming." I could literally smell it. And then his reaction - covering his nose, only lowering it once he'd grown accustomed. That's the kind of sensory detail that transforms a setting from backdrop to character. Then you have the contrast with Lin Aiyun's world - the muddy puddle from the rickshaw, the white handkerchief with the embroidered orchid, the pale blue sky tinted pink at dawn. These aren't just pretty descriptions, they're grounding us in a specific time and place where a rickshaw splashing mud is a real problem and a handkerchief is something you treasure. The Ding household scenes are warm and lived-in. The children running around, the grandmotherly gossip on stone steps, the sweet potatoes for dinner. It feels like a real family home, not a set. And the wartime backdrop - "arson, looting, and murder going unchecked" - this isn't just mentioned in passing, it's the reason Lin Aiyun can't just hop on a train to the capital. The world has rules and consequences, and the author respects that. The old man with the acupuncture needles, the wooden tub with greenish-black water, the iron ring on the heavy wooden door making that "dull, jarring thud" - these details are cinematic. I could see this as a film.

one of the authors better books i like the way the story is going and can't wait for the author to drop the reveal of who put the MC in a coma I hope the MC continues to fight against the mob boss and doesn't become a super Sub like the MCs from the author's other books
Hey everyone Author here. I’m writing this review as of Chapter 20. So far, Reincarnated as an Elf Prince has been a bit of a slow burn, especially in the early chapters. The story takes its time setting up the world, characters, and politics, which might not be for everyone. If you’re expecting nonstop action right away, you might find the beginning a little slow. That said, things are really starting to pick up now. The power system, the noble conflicts, and Lindarion’s development are all starting to come together, and I think the setup is paying off. I appreciate everyone’s support greatly. <3
I think Adam is a good MC, he is relatable and funny which makes the novel fun to read. I wanna see more of the God's powers as Adam develops his owns.
I like how the MC is playing different characters, and I’m always interested in how the author will continue in writing gods. Also I can’t wait to see what will happen to the MC about his lost memories.
Author here, this story is my first time doing one. It's slower than most stories due to my writing style. However, I think you will still enjoy it.
Read it again and I'm already on chapter 6...wow ? I think I'll be done by... tomorrow so Keep uploading!

A simple premise: world ended, how to fix it? Yet even with a simple idea, one can find a lot of heart in a story like this. The story has a good amount of world building to kick off the plot without raising too many questions. And even when questions come up, it feels like they’re addressed swiftly while still making it feel like there’s more to discover later on.Writing is polished and clean, a welcome surprise given how often the story is updated (sometimes multiples chapters a day!).I can’t get enough of the character interactions. They’re fun, heartfelt, and even at their silliest moments, it feels like most interactions carry tidbits of hidden meaning if one wants to ponder further upon the themes and messages behind lines. Or you can take it at face value and also enjoy simplicity. There’s something for everyone.Highly recommend giving this story a try. Hoping to see more people become crab enjoyers.
