Nice story and great world-building. The MC seems to be soft hearted with himself realizing it......................................................

I love cliffhangers and thrills but from all the cliffhangers here, this one is the one I am most disappointed with. So disappointed. Very disappointed. If I could write the word DISAPPOINTED a thousand times then I would but that's pointless. ?There's no question with regards to their mission but hanging the storyline there...huh
This novel can be rated 5 stars because it's worth it.I discovered this novel searching through the new releases à des months ago and i don't regret beginning To read it.This novel is always interesting and i hope the next chapter Will be even better than the previous, the characters are charismatic and the lore is very profound and give the need To explore it.I recommend this novel To all the fans of novels with alchemy, cultivation, reincarnated main character and System.
This novel is like a gold in the mud.. I want to take it, but afraid it will make my gloves dirty.. After so deep in love with some novel but after that got problem.. Maybe with qidiann or the reader its self.. Original novel is the least trusted this day.. Just hopefully you are not.. If you write novel for money.. Say it now.. Power stone? Patreon? Thats easy matter as long as the writer keep his/her words. If you write for fun or maybe you just have an extra time and cannot make it fast realese with 1 chapter per day. Say it too.. So we, the annoying reader will not complain.. Thanks if you read this author.. And sorry for my bad english ^^
The relationship between Lin Xiaoman and Lin Erhu is the emotional backbone of this passage, and it's rendered with such natural warmth. They're a team—not just business partners but actual siblings who complement each other. Lin Xiaoman is the strategist, the one pulling out her phone to research, making bold decisions about inventory and new ventures. Lin Erhu is the steady hands, the one pushing the cart, washing vegetables, bringing the clam oil to Shopkeeper Feng. Neither one overshadows the other; they're genuinely balanced. Old Lady Lin is a delightfully petty antagonist. The scene where the siblings deliberately ignore her on the road—just turning their heads and pushing past—is pure cinematic gold. And then Uncle Driver “accidentally” bolting the horse forward, sending her nearly flying off the cart? That's not just comedy; it's the narrative giving the underdogs a moment of justice. Lin Xiaoman and Lin Erhu exchanging smiles afterward tells us everything about their bond—they share private jokes, they're in on the same wavelength. Shopkeeper Feng is an interesting character study. He's clearly a businessman who wants the formula, but he's also pragmatic enough to accept a supply deal when the outright purchase falls through. His disappointment is visible but controlled. Lin Xiaoman's reading of him—“she was testing his sincerity”—shows her emotional intelligence. Uncle Jiao, the steamed bun shop owner, is a wonderful minor character. His backstory as a former trading vessel worker who's seen “barbarian peppers” abroad adds texture to the world and gives Lin Xiaoman a genuine connection in the town. The skeptical neighbor who challenges her cooking ability (“Even if you started learning to cook in the cradle”) is classic foil material—someone to prove wrong through action rather than words.
I love this book. It is really good. I didn’t like how her parents treated her at the beginning, but she ended out good in the end. Amazing book.
I suggest that the author should write more books.
Why does he want Alice as a Broken toy. Does he just using his power to get what he wants. Did Madison know what was going to happen to Alice at auction? Does he even love Madison? Poor Alice she deserves happiness. can't wait for more chapters
