Staplehead
Okay so let's talk about the Top Supporter situation because I am NOT okay. The guy literally gets up at 4 AM in Mexico to watch this man's livestream. FOUR IN THE MORNING. That's not casual fandom, that's devotion, and He Zheng knows it but he's terrified of it. And I get it, because look at what He Zheng went through on set—three slaps, blood on his face, this entitled actor grabbing his hair—and the very first thing he does when he gets home is try to have a normal conversation with someone who actually cares. And then his trauma response kicks in and he just... shuts down. He hangs up and throws the phone. I was sitting there like WHAT ARE YOU DOING HE IS TRYING. The most heartbreaking part is the Top Supporter asking about his face TWICE. [What happened to your face?] He Zheng lies and says he fell, and the guy doesn't even push the lie, he just gets heavier. [I asked what happened to your face.] That's not a stalker, that's someone who notices when you're hurt and can't let it go. But then He Zheng mentions the shoot and the chat explodes with people asking about his drama role and the Top Supporter goes quiet again. Back to being the ghost in the corner. And Li Ru is right about one thing—He Zheng CAN'T see through the screen. But she's wrong about the conclusion. The Top Supporter refused phone calls. He didn't push for a meeting. He sent a picture of a dress and asked CAN I BUY THIS FOR YOU, not I WANT TO BUY YOU. There's a difference and He Zheng is too damaged to see it.
The archive fire scene is one of the most visceral sequences I've read in a while. Let me just paint it for you: black smoke billowing from the second floor, servants running around with fire extinguishers in complete chaos, the door locked from the INSIDE. That detail alone tells you everything about the calculation involved. And then Shen Nian kicking the door — first strike fails, second one shatters the lock. The physicality of it. She's not thinking, she's just moving. Inside, the smoke isn't too heavy but the fire has been started with precision. Only the back shelves burning. Someone had already studied this room, understood its layout, its vulnerabilities. The window left slightly open, the wind feeding the flames toward the oldest files — this is almost like watching a heist movie in reverse. Instead of stealing something, they're destroying something, and they've done the math on exactly how. I also love the contrast between the two settings. The club where Shen Nian confronts Qin Shuya — gleaming glass, polished walls, refined atmosphere. Qin Shuya literally says (and I love this observation) that places like this are ideal for making deals because "no matter how filthy the conversation was, once it took place within those polished walls... it somehow sounded like refined advice." That's such a sharp commentary on power and wealth. Then you cut to the Shen estate — the old residence, the rear courtyard, the side building with the archives. The visual shift from modern glass to aging wood and dust is deliberate. The old world hiding its secrets in dusty filing cabinets while the new world watches through digital backdoors. And the hospital room scene at the end — the old madam in bed, everyone gathered around, the laptop screen lighting up with lines of code cascading down. The juxtaposition of a dying matriarch and a cyber attack happening simultaneously is brilliant. The world feels layered, like every location has its own history and its own secrets.
Looks promising and the I like the idea, theres not a lot of chapters now but I will come back. I like to read unknown autors they are the most creatives ones. Keep working!!
Hi everyone! It's the author's usual 5-star review! This is a heist, give up all your power stones or I'll find your IP addresses! I'm just kidding, but all kidding aside, go read my book!

Hola, I know you are wondering about the updates of this book. I didn't abandon this book and privilege updates would commence next week. Thank you for always supporting this book. means a lot to me. can't wait to show you the closet of Marcellus and Claudia.
I actually loved the flow of this novel. I haven't read fantasy much, but it seems a very interesting and easy read for me. Can't wait for grey to get all five affinities. Definitely recommend it.
Guys, you HAVE to read "Alpha Instinct"! It's like an emotional rollercoaster with swords, monsters, a protagonist who is pure suffering (but we love him, right?), and plot twists that made me scream "NOOOO!". If you like fantasy with a darker edge and a hero who gets beaten up more than bread dough, dive in! Just a warning: prepare the tissues... and the anxiety meds! ??
good so far I like it . read it guys I recommend it ?
This Novel is very interesting, it reminds me of an anime adventure I really like, I'm looking forward to the sequel ! ✨
