She tugs his sleeve gently, asks the question softly, and lets the family laugh it off. She's pregnant, she's in a new environment, and she's already being considerate of everyone else's feelings. That's not passive—that's strategic kindness. And Qin Ruan's relationship with her is evolving in such a natural way. She calls her "Auntie" but also says "Who understands me better than my wonderful aunt?" That flattery isn't empty—it's genuine affection dressed up as humor. The Huo Tingchen thread is the elephant in the room though. He's literally thinking about marrying Qin Ruan while she's busy becoming part of another family. The parallel is almost cruel. Two different kinds of belonging, happening at the same time, with neither person fully aware of what the other is feeling.
As far as I've read, the flow is good. It's a typical isekai, it has potential, but can I give a suggestion? There's some inconsistency here, you're using quotes and dialogue in your writing, I think this part needs to be updated. Keep up the good work, Author!

I've only read the free chapters and this is my 2nd book from author Hansora, and it's really good! The free chapters don't have many face-slapping moments, but the whiplash is beautiful. The story is well-written and the characters' interactions are very smooth. I am throwing this one in my 'Must Continue' folder for now because I am still working on Leslie and Calix's story. But I think I know what to expect when I pick it up: Karma will make a stunning entrance! Regardless of my review, test the waters and see if you like the story ?
This is a pretty fun read. The family is nice and wholesome and the wife isn’t weak willed or that either so you can expect good things from her. Mc is actually op from what I’ve seen as well which is goo, can never trust tags these days. Highly recommend
