I would rate this novel 4.5 stars. Although it could have benefited from addressing some issues related to the era's morals, it provided a pleasant reading experience. The female lead (FL) and male lead (ML) possess a carefree attitude, but it contrasts with their concern for their grandmother, reflecting traditional values. The characters' powers feel somewhat unfair, not due to their efforts, but due to their predetermined fates. They endure hardships mainly due to their family's reputation and safety.

The monk at the start annoyed me with his self-righteousness, and I wished for more of his presence later in the story. The FL and ML's affectionate moments were peculiar, as they referred to each other as siblings without realizing their underlying romantic feelings, creating sexual tension. The antagonist, portrayed as an obnoxious character, was relentless and difficult to root for, despite her unlucky birth. By the end, it was clear her misfortune stemmed from her wicked nature, leaving me unsympathetic.

Lin Shi was consistently disappointing, even though I had low expectations. Yu Si Yu's character development was a highlight, causing me to pause in laughter when she attempted to drown Yu Miao Qi. Despite some flaws, I thoroughly enjoyed the novel and found myself looking forward to each chapter.

Up until Chapter 57, the pace of the story has become rather sluggish, making it difficult for me to read it continuously. Although the plot is engaging and the translation is excellent, the slow progression has led me to skim through parts, as not much significant events have transpired.

Contrary to the summary's claim that the main character (MC) desires to leave while the love interest (ML) objects, there hasn't been any scene like that in the story so far, and it doesn't seem to be on the horizon. Instead, the focus is on the intense bond between the two characters, with possessiveness and territoriality coming into play, as the MC warns the ML to stay away from her brother and establishes their exclusive relationship.

My main issue is the slow progression, but I appreciate the depth of emotions between the main characters. To clarify, the sluggish period was around Chapters 40-70, but after that, the pace returned to its earlier tempo. Despite the misleading summary, I would give this a solid 5-star rating due to the captivating plot and translation. However, the summary discrepancy remains a concern.

The reading was effortless and enjoyable, thanks to the translators. I particularly appreciated the comprehensive glossary and the interesting side notes included.

It leaves me with a sense of an unsatisfactory first-world wrap-up in a world-hopping story. I'm not pleased with this unresolved ending.

The protagonist's numerous escapes from challenges without proper justification became unbearable after the tenth such occurrence. If you're seeking a story with a slapstick plot and minimal stakes, this might be your cup of tea, as obstacles rarely pose significant hindrances to the main couple.

Okay... It was... Alright... entertaining and even enjoyable, but it had a slightly unsettling aspect. Firstly, when the main character (MC) was 15, she was already 2.15 meters tall? By the end of the book, she grew to 3 meters, which was quite unbelievable. FL's hair reached her ankles, and her feet were smaller than half a palm, which was just... bizarre. While those supernatural elements made the premonitory dreams seem plausible, what made the story strange was that FL, at 25, transmigrated into a 10-year-old's body. She planned well to avoid death upon arrival, but she was much older than the love interest (ML). Although I understand her intentions to avoid awkwardness, her actions like sitting on ML's lap and kissing him, despite his obvious attraction, bothered me. It seemed unrealistic for her to be perceived as a good, rebellious, yet holy saint, especially considering the Buddhist future society's views.

The protagonist's character was a mess, yes, but her "jinx" status partly justified her actions. She felt like a victim of her unfortunate circumstances, believing she was taken away from her destined beauty. In the context of the ancient setting, it was hard to comprehend how she didn't perceive inappropriate advances from her supposed guardian, who was actually a young adult. It was graphic and uncomfortable.

Lastly, what happened to the brother from the future? I wondered if he wasn't really related to her, which might explain why her mother requested her heart. Could he have also been trapped in the story?

Overall, while the book was quick and humorous, it lacked depth or sustained engagement for me. The main couple's sweet and tsundere dynamic fit the title, but I wouldn't reread it due to these issues.

Unfortunately, all the characters lack depth and there's no comic relief to liven up the dull narrative. Initially, the first few chapters held my interest, but it soon became monotonous. Despite their supposed age difference (14 years), their intimate relationship comes across as unsettling, especially since they are aware they're not biologically related. The maids, who are unaware of the truth, perceive their interactions as inappropriate, further emphasizing the discomfort.

The connection to the webcomic "Brother's Affectionate Love" provides a clearer context.

Let's delve into the story. Our protagonist, Yu Xiang, is a disabled woman from the modern era, unable to walk. Despite her limitations, she runs multiple businesses and shares an intense emotional bond with her twin brother. Her mother requested she sacrifice herself to save her brother's life by donating her heart, which Yu Xiang willingly agrees to out of love. Afterward, her brother seeks help from a monastery for her reincarnation, leading to complications.

Yu Xiang reincarnates into a novel she once read, where she becomes the 10-year-old Yu Xiang, Marquise Yu's second daughter. She accidentally saves her 15-year-old brother from an attack, losing her mobility in the process. Yu Xiang possesses a unique talent for plants, effortlessly nurturing even rare ones, which proves beneficial throughout the story.

The male lead, Yu Pin Yan (Marquis Yu), is a 15-year-old powerhouse, aloof, and initially cold to women, except for our protagonist. Other significant characters include Yu Si Yu, ML's 12-year-old cousin, who initially serves as an antagonist but evolves into a likable character, Old Madam Yu, a wise and unbiased grandmother, and Lin Shi, ML's mother, whose actions stem from misguided love for her "real" daughter.

The novel focuses on the relationships among these key players. As the story progresses, FL (Yu Xiang in the new life) navigates her connections with ML, avoids conflicts, and forms alliances. The plot thickens with the return of the original protagonist, who causes chaos, leading to a rushed confrontation towards the end.

Despite a few drawbacks, the novel delivers a satisfying romance between FL and ML, overcoming obstacles and age differences. The ending, predictably, involves marriage, followed by a glimpse into their lives post-marriage and a delightful side coupling.

As for FL's injured legs, rest assured, they do receive healing.

Overall, while not without flaws, the novel offers a heartwarming journey filled with character growth and romance, making it worth the read for fans of the genre.

This story is highly annoying, I fail to comprehend why it garners so much popularity. I stopped reading after Chapter 12, where the 10-year-old protagonist describes an 8-year-old as a cute little ball, claiming she's always been adept at scaring them. How about that? Aren't you still a child yourself, author? It's frustrating how the protagonist keeps acquiring skills out of nowhere just to save the plot.

For instance, she suddenly acquires the ability to predict danger to her brother, which seems utterly implausible. In summary, if you're not interested in reading about a "white lotus" character – someone who lacks female friendships, faces constant backstabbing, appears vulnerable around her brother, and relies on him for pampering – I'd advise against wasting your time with this book.
