Bro made me put this novel on hold till today with his dogshit comment.
At chapter 11 now and she is very much written realistic lol. The Story ist very good so far. People think they wouldnt be tired of life after they got memories of a past life where never once uttered the words i like you etc and got treated like that.
To people baseless hating on a novel after 8 chapters because they arent able to properly read all you can do is reccommend another system reincarnation novel lmao

Edit: chapter 50 now and i can confidently say that this novel certainly isnt an "abomination" mord like a hidden gem

If the first bite of a sandwich has a stinky, dead rat in it, I'd say the entire thing is an abomination. Even if the rest of it tastes like a Michelin-star master chef's best creation. That's simply how my brain works...

Well, there'll always be people who love rats. And I can't speak for them. My comments clearly mentions upto which chapter I based my review on, and I didn't lie about anything in it. If anyone wants to get brain-rot reading this, they can go right ahead!

if it starts out sh*t, it's probably sh*t
i can understand if it's worldbuilding or such, but a novel is only good if it's balanced through the entire novel

The story holds great promise, but it seems to be a test of patience and empathy rather than the typical villainess-transmigration tale seeking revenge. The protagonist, FL, endures a series of tragedies, facing constant struggles to rebuild her life while the world around her refuses to give her a chance to heal. Each chapter feels repetitive, with similar situations playing out with different characters and settings. The FL yearns for isolation to heal and confront her past, yet being human means constantly encountering others who claim to understand but can't truly empathize due to their own personal battles, biases, and priorities.

I would have appreciated a more rapid pace in the narrative progression. I sincerely hope for a happier ending for FL. My best wishes and encouragement go to anyone considering this novel, hoping it brings them the emotional fulfillment they seek.

The novel offers a refreshing take on the traditional villainess archetype, initially showcasing immense potential in a distinctive narrative direction. The protagonist, our female main character (FMC), breaks away from the conventional mold by abandoning her quest for typical revenge plans. Instead, she finds solace in painting, expressing her emotions through art.

However, it's unfortunate that despite its promising start, the storyline seems to have deviated significantly from its original premise as of the translated chapters available. If you're interested in exploring a more unconventional route with character development and perhaps enjoy stories that challenge the reverse harem trope, I would highly recommend reading the first arc, around 20-30 chapters, before deciding whether to continue.

After a while, it becomes monotonous. The author's writing style feels repetitive and unoriginal, constantly revisiting the same event multiple times. For instance, they might say, "The main character (MC) stole a pencil," followed by "Did you know about the pencil theft?" then "Oh, I should mention MC stole a pencil, right?" and eventually, "Just in case you missed it, the MC did steal a pencil." This approach quickly loses its appeal and becomes tiresome and irritating. It seems like the author is stretching a limited number of ideas to fill the narrative, which comes across as lazy rather than creative. I'd give it a rating of 3 out of 5, if I were being charitable.

The narrative appears to delve into the女主角's struggles with mental health, which is a relatable issue for someone in her circumstances. However, the author excessively focuses on her self-pity, with the protagonist's brother persistently attempting to be a rescuer despite her repeated rejections, as if it were a never-ending fairy tale trope. It's strange how her talent for painting, seemingly the only aspect of her abilities highlighted, vanishes for about 20-30 chapters. While it's understandable that depression plays a role, the title could have been more descriptive, like "The抑郁症女反派" instead of solely emphasizing painting.
