A machinery factory ranked fourth nationwide. It has heavy iron railing gates with a large iron plaque bearing its name. The factory committee office is a three-story building on the left side of the gate. The third floor houses senior leadership, the second floor contains the labor union with six offices, and the first floor has the Women's Federation and various department heads' offices. Workers wear blue-collar uniforms and follow a four-shift three-rotation system.
