A United Government mega-project of which the Biosphere projects are subprojects. Uses plant photosynthesis to create an atmospheric environment suitable for human survival. Purpose is to build technological reserves for reaching the next stellar system (Proxima system) in case an Earth-like planet exists in its habitable zone.
