Sand and gravel used for road construction. Abundant compared to rebar and cement. Used to build the roadbed for a ring road with a 360-meter radius, over 2,000 meters in length, designed for 6 lanes (later planned to be widened to 8 lanes). Required 40,000 to 50,000 tons for the roadbed alone.
