Commander of the neighboring division's Knife Unit. He is described as a stereotypical northerner with a dark red face and shoulders as broad as doors. He holds an enamel cup and has been holding a grudge against the Seagull Regiment after they were crushed in last year's armed cross-country event. He arrives two weeks early to get used to the terrain.
