The protagonist, a 23-year-old who transmigrated into a manga called Dark Companions. Originally an ordinary office worker in his past life, he woke up in the body of a character who was supposed to die at the beginning of the manga at the hands of You Chumu. He is described as coming from an upper-class family with a happy home, friendly classmates and colleagues. He is a model student since childhood who memorized core socialist values in college. Despite being terrified of You Chumu, he showed compassion by saving him from the alley, carrying him up nine flights of stairs, cleaning his wounds, and cooking for him. He has a high-IQ brain which he uses to navigate dangerous situations.
