A scholar from Lixia. He confronted Qin Shi Huang during the storm, berating him for performing the Fengshan ceremony and accusing him of lacking virtue. He claimed the heavy rain was the tears of Taishan and Heaven's wrath. He was defiant and willing to die to make history remember him as someone who risked his life to counsel the ruler. He followed the Emperor up the mountain after his plan failed.
