Female supporting character, the elder daughter of Old Man Ning. Originally betrothed to Huo Jingye (Changsheng) but switched brides with her younger sister Ning Yuchan to marry the talented Scholar Liang instead. She threatened her sister with the revelation that Ning Yuchan was a descendant of rebels whose entire clan should have been executed. She cried, made scenes, and threatened to die to force the switch. She is described as beautiful and capable like her sister.
