Old Madam's attendant whose husband is the estate's chief steward Steward Lu. She does not hold an official position but stays close to Old Madam, running errands and delivering messages. She has a warm-hearted nature and everyone enjoys being around her. Old Madam looks down on Mr. Lin, so Mama Lu initially hesitated to help welcome the Lin family, but Suian's flattering persuasion convinced her to attend.
