A 26-year-old battalion commander in the Eastern Military Region. He had a childhood engagement arranged with Mu Youyou after her father saved his father's life during a mission. He was unwilling to marry but agreed after the old master of the Gu family intervened. He is described as tall, handsome, but somewhat cold. He and Mu Youyou registered their marriage a month before the story begins, and he has applied for her to join him at the military base.
