A subordinate of Cen Xie in the Canaan Society. He met the two escaped prisoners (3348 and 3349) at a street corner and reacted with anger to their presence. He reported to Cen Xie that they had escaped from Usher Prison. He tied the escapees' hands together and operated the mechanism that revealed the trap in the floor when Cen Xie ordered them brought in for questioning.
