One of two prisoners who escaped from Usher Prison. He and 3349 were convicted of home invasion and murder. After escaping, they did not dare approach Cen Xie directly and instead sought out Chen Jiu, hoping to borrow money to flee. They claimed they wanted to join the Free Army. Cen Xie had them captured and restrained with metal rings over a trap in the floor.
