Then there comes me who came for chapter 401 today still agreeing with you about the points you mentioned but not the lore dump Just world building the author is also stagnating the power up of mc
Was good, if a little long winded.
Then around Ch55 it becomes un edited MTL.
Personally I found it unreadable at that point.
Anyone new be warned going in.

This rating seems quite unfair to me. The characters are well-developed, with a strong and determined female lead (FL). Each chapter concludes with charming mini illustrations, and the male lead (ML) is absolutely captivating. The story is progressing nicely, and I'm eager to see where it goes. I'm genuinely excited for its future! ?

This novel has great characters, great magic system, interesting plot, the works. The only reason it is ranked this low is because author dropped the novel. I remember when it was being continuously updated, it was ranked within the top 10 for a while.
Sadly, Author probably has ADHD or something because he can't stick to and finish 1 novel. With that said, it's worth reading if you don't mind that you won't be able to finish the novel.
I had lost all my cultivation after the Great Catastrophe. Now I must reread through this dose of Poison of Burning Death. It has nothing redeemable about it. Clichés and abundant and the characters are 1 dimensional.Don't read it unless you are the same as I. Practising and developing an immunity to such a potential poison.
