The story started out ok, but went south as Maryam took Kareem back. I hate Kareem. He's an unredeemable character. First abusing his wife then after making all kinds of promises of happiness, just suddenly letting his ex move in. Couldn't this billionaire not afford a hotel for his ex!

Later chapters are ao stupid, mc solution to repelling a strong invader is to invade another stronger realm and take them in as battle potentials. Mothefucker what?? If youre strong enough to invade a faction that is stronger than you, then youre strong enough to repel the invaders no?
Mc is doing the equivalent of:
Ukraine invading USA to steal their technologies to use them to fight back against russia. It sounds so f*ck*ng dumb is it not?
Its all just grinding for no reason. No story, no world building... And story moves way to fast.

Sadly it is now finished. Although the story offers room for continuation, it unfortunately ends when he overcomes his trauma.
The author did mention that he thought about making a second part to the story after this one (if I remember correctly), but that happened years ago, so sadly I don't think we can expect it to be continued :/
But anyways, it was a good story nonetheless and I liked how realistic (at least to me) his mental condition was depicted.
