She had done all she knew to do to make this marriage work. She had given up a lot: college, her dreams and her love of art. She tried to work on herself but gave up when she realized she was in this marriage alone. Their marriage foundation was faulty, what can she do? They had gone into it for all the wrong reasons. Life would have been better than it was now and even her grandma would have given her support before she died. She would still have her dignity, self-esteem and a sense of well being. To be true to herself, she could say now that Aden's feelings for her died when he realized he had to get married. He was only a year older than her, he should have enjoyed his youth!
"And I am going in too" Sakura said.
As for Wickham and Lydia, their characters suffered no revolution from the marriage of her sisters. He bore with philosophy the conviction that Elizabeth must now become acquainted with whatever of his ingratitude and falsehood had before been unknown to her; and in spite of every thing, was not wholly without hope that Darcy might yet be prevailed on to make his fortune. The congratulatory letter which Elizabeth received from Lydia on her marriage, explained to her that, by his wife at least, if not by himself, such a hope was cherished. The letter was to this effect:
"Another tournament won! The 15th for this year."
You're bundled up now, wait till you get older
The ice we skate is getting pretty thin
Hey now, you're an all-star, get your game on, go play
Only shooting stars break the mold
They are really the unluckiest beings in this world.
So much to do, so much to see
And all that glitters is gold
And all that glitters is gold
