I run across this while looking up the Manwa version. I cannot believe it so different. I enjoy it. Ye Xuanis so mysterious that people wonder who he is. He also state his just an ordinary Elder from a small Sect in a forgotten corner of the country, which suprised people and they don't believe it. The miracle that he performed all are Heaven Defining shocking people to point that they even think he is a saint in disguise. the funny when it make a call back to "Battle though the heavens
The story is very unusual. That what makes it special. The main character is real. He is not a 10-year-old kid saving everyone. There is some humour in the story. It is not boring. Looking for more. Just publish more. Don't drop it..
TL:DR if you like this book try "Bringing The Farm To Live In Another World" and/or "Farming life in another world" as well as "Otherworld Nation Founding Chronicles"
I just came back after a two-year hiatus from reading this book expecting it to have hundreds of new chapters to read only to find a disillusioned author (Zicon) pissed that someone stole his baby.
All I have to say is I'm disappointed. This was one of my favorite series going and the only reason why I didn't follow it more closely was because of the instability in updates which is reasonable as zicon was trying to get himself established in a career and was dealing with other stuff IRL.
As explained throughout the comment section of this book for instance in chapter 78 where he told me he was away for 2 months because he was getting established in a new job,
This was one of the best original web novels on WN it's a shame that it didn't get the attention it deserved. I blame the platform.
Anyway, it would appear that Zicon isn't coming back so all I can do is find an alternative which I did its called "Bringing The Farm To Live In Another World" it has a similar premise and fell if you're looking for a new book to similar to this one check it out it gets updated regularly and currently has 1400~ chapters. Zicon actually said in his review for this book that he was inspired by "Bringing The Farm To Live In Another World" to write this.
I would also recommend Isekai Nonbiri Nouka aka "Farming life in another world" It's a manga that currently has 130 chapters and is still going strong. it has a similar feel to both books but without the other dimension and the fighting. even without the fighting it still feels somehow like a kingdom building book through the fact that it uses diplomacy and trade to gain legitimacy
if you liked "Farming life in another world" check out "Otherworld Nation Founding Chronicles" its pretty similar except it gets some fighting in later chapters. its currently got 135 chapters of its web novel translated and 43 of its manga translated.
I saw someone recommend Low Dimensional Game but I have to disagree with that recommendation as that series protagonist is more like a dick of a god than an actual human being. it's filled with nonsensical plotlines and generally shitty characters. the few good characters get killed for the sake of creating an emotional impact on the reader. I dropped it at 397 chapters because of the depression it brought on. to make matters worse apparently the book doesn't even have a proper ending seeing as multiple people in their reviews say that the author dropped the book. The first 200~ chapters of the book are great but it kills itself in the later half just don't bother.
anyway these are my recommendations take them or leave them it's up to you.
Usually,I am not a fan of system novels, but this book has sparked my curiosity and I ended up reading. It was totally worth it!!! The plot itself appears promising and the characters are well written. The story develops through the main protagonist, Zach.. Instead dumping every information all at once.The story literally gives light to the journey of Zack to an orphan through a great warrior. Author have a pretty good command over the language and explains the story in simple terms, (which I haven't seen on other system novels)

The novel is great, the world-building and the progress of the story are immersive and all of that is ruined by a stupid goat that is why I dropped the novel. Mc is a man with intact memories of his past and blessed by the Gods but he still took a goat as his mother
i gave this book an honest chance but please dont waste your time. i read until ch25 and came out more confused than i ever. also considering theres only positive comments left on this book, i dont see how the author is not deleting bad comments. i cant even give constructive criticism because i cant make sense of this story. i started with hating the MC and by ch25, i now hate the author. i honestly feel like i lost brain cells by reading this.
The story started off on a pretty good note it was fun and funny and had me cheering for Jin Rou every single time, but as it went on the storyline starts getting a little too repetitive. Jin Rou's arrogance becomes a little not so cool anymore and little too much. I was disappointed when Jin Rou said that he could slaughter a whole clan over a amulet that did not belong to either him nor Lucas (which was hypocritical considering what happened a few chapters back). It feels more like he enjoys trampling over people in general rather than only the bad guys.The whole 'Church' part thing feels like a grudge/attack against the literal Church (or maybe I'm just over analyzing things?) Its great that main character is all powerful but his arrogance has reached new heights and makes me dislike him and reconsider if I'd like to finish this book.
Now all that's missing are an underwater survival and a surviving in a backyard after being shrunk version of the copy pasted hint survival craze going around.
