The pacing in these first seven chapters is absolutely razor-sharp. Let me break down why it works so well. Chapter 1 opens IN MEDIA RES—Ying Shi is already in the hospital, already stabbed, already processing what happened. No slow buildup, no prologue explaining the world. We drop right into the aftermath and learn everything through her internal monologue and the system's exposition. That's confident writing. The author trusts the reader to keep up. Then the pacing accelerates: system binding → hospital discharge → claiming the building → naming the company → planning the first project. All in one chapter, and it never feels rushed because each beat has a clear purpose. The transition from victim to entrepreneur happens naturally because Ying Shi's personality is already action-oriented. She doesn't wallow. She doesn't have a long grieving period for her old life. She dies, gets reborn with a system, and immediately starts working. Chapter 2 shifts gears slightly—we get a quieter moment where she's scrolling Weibo at 1 AM, checking on her roommates and the orphanage volunteer. This is important structural work: it grounds the fantastical elements in real human relationships before launching back into the business plot. The chapter ends on a cliffhanger with the Bilibili complaint, which is a perfect button to close on. The author understands that even in a system-driven fantasy, you need small personal stakes to keep readers emotionally engaged between the big plot beats. My only note: I would have liked a bit more breathing room between the system revelations and the company naming. But honestly, the momentum is so addictive that I can't complain too much. This is the kind of pacing that makes you say 'just one more chapter' at 2 AM.
The dialogue in these chapters is absolutely vicious and I'm here for it. Let me just quote a few moments because they're too good. Lian Qiao: 'He can!' pointing at Lu Wujiu when Miss He needs medical help. That's not just passing the buck, that's a power move wrapped in a lie. She KNEW he'd have to act. And then her reaction when he glares at her—'She quickly pretended to be thirsty and lowered her head to take a sip of wine.' The audacity. The cowardice. Perfect. Then there's Yan Wushuang, who is basically the audience surrogate screaming 'N-no way... right?' at everything. Her voice is so distinct—she's the one who reacts, who gasps, who gets horrified. And Zhou Jiannan's earthquake panic is the comedic capstone. 'Is there an earthquake? An earthquake?' while hugging his blanket and scurrying around. The man is useless and we love him. But the real dialogue masterclass is between Lian Qiao and Lu Wujiu. His line 'That's Rootless Water. Are you sure you want to drink it?'—so casually devastating. He's reminding her of her past suffering without even raising his voice. And her response: 'Why didn't you say so earlier?' She's furious but also genuinely annoyed that he didn't warn her. She doesn't even process that he could've let her drink it. Their dynamic is built on this constant low-grade hostility where neither person trusts the other to have good intentions. Even when he's technically helping her, she assumes it's a trap. And when she's sneaking into his room at midnight, her threat is: 'I'll run out and tell everyone what kind of Gu we've both been hit with.' She's bargaining with SHARED SECRETS. That's their entire relationship in one sentence. They're bound together by things they'd both rather die than admit out loud.

If you're looking for a story filled with forbidden romance, political intrigue, and heart-stopping betrayals, this is it! Every chapter pulls you deeper into a world where love is dangerous, loyalty is fragile, and one wrong move could mean war.
Just fantastic and fabulous novel. The chapters sink in so great. Though it feels like the story hasn't taken a turn yet. It's calm. It makes me think that it is gonna be a long journey. Love ya.

I have lots of problem with your story your story also has not potential but you are not using it properly I mean you could have done your execution in a better way like fated self does not interfere it just please at it is what I mean is you could have made your story longer by using your imagination and information with some kind of science in mixed like that he should be restricted so you can game control over that because of that you can create your own story in better way like he has to find who is for what reason dear could be many options you can but you did not take anything you just got there, and today easy route out
