Okay so this section is where the plot really starts to click into place and honestly I'm already invested. Let me break down what's happening because there's a lot layered in here. On the surface, the main plot thread is about Su Wanrou agreeing to bring Yanzhi into the household as a concubine. But the REAL plot — the one that actually matters — is Shen Yunshuang's entrance and her secret agenda. The author is playing with dramatic irony here, which I absolutely love. We know what Shen Yunshuang is planning, but Su Wanrou has no idea. That gap between what the reader knows and what the character knows is where all the tension lives. Let me trace the plot mechanics: Su Wanrou decides to take Yanzhi as a concubine (act 1), Shen Yunshuang arrives at the manor (act 2), Shen Yunshuang engineers a fateful encounter with Pei Jingnian (act 3), and then she feeds information to Madam Wang about Pei Jingnian's mood to position herself as the empathetic niece (act 4). Each step is deliberate, calculated, and moves the plot forward without feeling rushed. The twist I found most interesting — and this is the kind of thing that made me sit up — is that Shen Yunshuang's motivation isn't love. The text literally says: "It wasn't because she loved him." She's doing this to make Su Wanrou suffer, to strip her of everything she holds dear. That's a revenge plot disguised as a romance plot, and the author is letting us in on the secret from page one. This changes how you read every single interaction Shen Yunshuang has — every smile, every gentle word, every act of devotion to Madam Wang is a move on a chessboard. I also want to talk about the subplot of the heir issue. Madam Wang's pressure on Pei Jingnian about having a child isn't just background noise — it's the mechanism that enables Shen Yunshuang's plan. Without that pressure, Pei Jingnian might never have agreed to take a concubine, and the whole plot falls apart. The author is weaving multiple threads together: the family's need for an heir, Su Wanrou's infertility, Shen Yunshuang's revenge, and Pei Jingnian's reluctant compliance. All of these converge in this section, and it sets up what I expect to be a very satisfying (and very painful) trajectory. One thing I will say — the plot is moving deliberately, not frantically. The author isn't throwing events at us; they're building a slow-burn setup where every small action has consequences. I'm curious whether the plot will maintain this level of coherence as it escalates, or whether it'll start throwing in convenient coincidences. So far, so good.
Okay, I need to talk about how this chapter is basically two parallel plots running on different frequencies and they're about to collide. On one hand, you have the corporate boardroom scene where Xi Ruqian is laying out his plan to use Gu Nanci as a controversy magnet—black fame is still fame, apparently. The man is so cold it's impressive. But then the chapter pivots to Gu Nanci herself, quietly uploading a song to Yuecai because she needs money for a lawyer, and suddenly this whole undercurrent of her actually being a legitimate music genius starts surfacing. The plot twist here isn't some big dramatic reveal—it's that she's been playing a completely different game the whole time while everyone thinks she's just a pretty vase. And then Jiang Xihe's team discovers her song and calls it a 'Celestial Tune'? That's the kind of domino effect that's going to make the next few chapters absolutely wild. The mystery buyer adding twenty percent commission and logging off immediately—what is that about? Who even is that person? I'm already three chapters in and I'm hooked on the tension between what everyone thinks Gu Nanci is and what she's actually capable of.
As far as I've read, the flow is good. It's a typical isekai, it has potential, but can I give a suggestion? There's some inconsistency here, you're using quotes and dialogue in your writing, I think this part needs to be updated. Keep up the good work, Author!
As a little Author of course I had to give myself 5 stars this book will shock you in many ways that i can promise

I just have question about Reincarnated as Nikolai. it taken down, could you send Korean text?
This is the second time a book has pushed me to leave a review. the writing is excellent. the characters despite being young are fully fleshed out individuals. the main character in particular has moments where his actions remind you of the fact he is still so young despite being brilliant. the magic system is fully fleshed out and realized with clear delineations of powerscale. I absolutely love weak to strong stories and this is a great one so far. my only complaint is I need about another 2000 chapters lol.
it is a good book i highly recommend to all
Weldone author keep it up????????????? sarangayor ???????????????????????????????????????
there's a great story in here. if the author ever picks it back up I hope they will spend a bit of effort on editing.
OK, this is a really well-written system novel. It's easy to understand and not too complex like some. It's funny and best of all it is captivating. I love it and I recommend it to everyone.
