amazing story i would recommend. the relationship of mc and FL were amazing. Tho little warning after time Jump mc has change together with their relationship. it's still good but iIwould appreciate if author had continued how it was in first half of work

So far I enjoyed the story. Updates aren’t daily but at least every few days. Story progress fast at times and slow at others to accommodate the MC and build the world up as it progresses. Grammar is good especially for this app. Want a little more world building in the sense of the galaxies nearby and other cosmic powers that be but I understand the MC has explored to much yet. Character design is unique or I haven’t read or heard of anything like this yet good luck
The stakes in this section are absolutely enormous and the author knows exactly how to make you feel every single one of them. Let me break this down because the conflict layers are incredible. On the surface level, you have the Zhou family vs. Shouguo Gongfu rivalry. But then you layer in the Little Medical Immortal's moral stance — she won't treat wicked people, and using medical skills on wicked people is abetting tyranny. That's not just a plot point, that's a philosophical statement that raises the stakes from family drama to something much bigger. Then there's the personal stake for Zhou Qinzhu. Her ceremony — supposed to be the highlight of her life — becomes the moment her family's reputation is destroyed. And she's the one who gets labeled as unlucky. Think about that. A young woman's entire future marriage prospects are now ruined because of events she didn't even control. The text literally says: she would undoubtedly be labeled as unlucky by everyone in Dizhou, making her marriage prospects difficult. The scene where Zhou Zhili kicks the door and yells about Gu Ruanci is peak stakes escalation. He's so consumed by rage that he's willing to implicate the entire Shouguo Gongfu if his mother dies. And the cruel irony? Imperial Physician Zang — the very person they needed — is drunk at the enemy's mansion. The universe is stacking the odds against them in the most satisfying way possible. What really gets me is how the commoners react. They don't care about Laofuren's survival. They came for Little Medical Immortal, watched the Zhou family get rejected, and walked away complaining. The entire society has shifted its allegiance, and the Zhou family is completely isolated. That's the highest stake of all — not just losing a medical treatment, but losing their place in the world.
