The trademark dispute at the center of this story isn't really about law. It's about who gets to own memory. Qibao's comeback is built on nostalgia—on the idea that something old can be meaningful again, that a soda from childhood can taste different than a soda from today. The Qi Soda resurgence isn't driven by superior product or better marketing. It's driven by people who remember. The grandmother with the ice well. The consumers who say "Shame, I like the sound of it." The marketing genius that is simply: reminding people of something they forgot they missed. But Binfen's strategy is to treat memory as property. To say: this nostalgia belongs to us, we registered it, you have no right to it. The trademark becomes a ghost that haunts the story—every time someone says "Qiqi," it's both a brand name and a question of legitimacy. Is it real if the corporation says it's not yours? The old industrial park, the land deals, the distribution networks—these are all symbols of the modern world trying to commodify something that was originally just… soda. Something people bought from an ice well because it was cold and sweet and their grandfather used to buy it too. The tension between the romantic past and the ruthless present is the story's spine. Even Qing Qin's arc plays into this. He's a man who wants his company to fail, who is actively sabotaging his own survival. Is he trying to escape the burden of being the keeper of this legacy? Is bankruptcy his way of saying: the memory doesn't belong to me either, I'm just the current owner and I'm tired of holding it? The cat who won't be tricked by fake food—she represents the truth that no performance can replace. Qing Qin can pretend to be arrogant, can pretend to be a genius, can pretend to want to destroy everything. But the cat knows. The grandmother knows. The readers know. The soda was real. The memory was real. The trademark is just paper.
From what I've read I think that this book really has a lot of potential, that's just my honest opinion
It has good potential please keep goingI really liked the story telling I think it was top tier By the way this is my third light novel and I think it's pretty decent for a starter I would like to keep reading it every day
I quite enjoyed it and am looking forward to the sequel, which I hope will be even more captivating and filled with unexpected twists. It left me curious about what will happen next and how the story will evolve.
It's my first 18+ novel, and I'm really liking it✌️
Anyone debating it’s definitely a 5/5+ coming from this author!I’m super dumb and just realized that this is a sort of continuation of Terra nova ——> I was really surprised when I saw that Terra nova was completed so I didn’t check the recent chapters where IT EXPLAINED that there would be a part 2 and thought the author just dropped it… ? Sorry I’m so dumb- I apologize to the author right now, you have huge dedication and you write many chapters per week so idk what I was thinking but yeah I was saving up to binge read chapters and then the novel was over so I think I just gave up or something...Really exited to read this novel so thanks for writing it! Also sorry for being dumb I’ll continue to give power stones to support u author…
It's a good book. There are quite a few grammar mistakes like the fact that 'it' is replaced be 'her' a lot and it made it a bit confusing at first but once I got used to it, it wasn't that bad. In the first few chapters there is also a serious lack of dialogue for the characters but once the author realized, the problem was fixed in the later chapters. Now the story itself. I had been looking for a couple system novel for quite a while and I couldn't find one so I was really excited when I found this one. The chapters when they first got the systems were really good, I won't go into details cuz of spoilers, but it was a bit extra but not too much so I enjoyed it. I expected a lot more romance than I got but I guess the romance will start when they get back to Earth which I'm fine with. I just feel like their affection rate increased without them actually getting closer. I'm really hoping that the romance picks up once they get back home. Also I want more dialogue between Idan and Arabel, I want to see them talking more and getting closer instead of it happening in the background and you just say something like 'after going for a walk and talking, the couple had grown closer'. I want to see what they said to each other, that would make the romance between them a bit more real to us instead of just increasing the percentage in the systems.
First of all, the book is damn captivating , like you see romance, you see drama and then I think ? oh me God ? ? you know what author, keep doing you because your book is amazing. I said it before and I am saying it again ?? so much love ?
your work reminds me with clasic story and refreshing my mind from lot of golden finger system novel
if somebody read the whole story can you please tell me if it have Chinese nationalist elements.I have read this kind of novel before where MC always put Chinese national interest first then he is own nation. like literally just populate half of his country population with Chinese people.
Hi, I'm a huge fan of your work! I recently finished reading your book and was thoroughly impressed. I'd love to offer some suggestions on how to further boost your book's success and reach an even wider audience. Would you be open to hearing my ideas?
