if you guys enjoyed orv, definitely check this novel out since it's more of a short read and has veryyy similar themes to orv. to me it felt like a rough draft of orv since you'll see connections between the two novels. but yeah this was an incredible story that gives you a lot to think about (cycles, ego, present>past, revolution, etc.) however i think development within the characters was a bit lackin besides jaehwan, so i personally had an issue getting attached to any of them. but yeah maybe if this novel was longer and fleshed out, it would have the potential to be on par with orv but orv is just a masterpiece.

I like the story, even though it's very cliché but I still enjoy it, I just don't agree with the author's ideology about freedom, trying to get our freedom for everyone's freedom,Trying to save everyone on earth even though everyone knows that not everyone who lives on earth are good people, there are also bad people who don't deserve to be saved And does mc live just to be a savior? Translation is badish, translator is inexperienced in cultivation novels so translations doesn't make sense where it matter the most. Novel itself is: comedy + faceslaping +cultivation +op system +reincarnation + funny/stupid decisions. The good thigh is novel doesn't gives of "chinese absolute garabe novel with no care put into it" feeling.
