This gives massive jobless reincarnation vibes, the pacing is well handled and doesnt give you a massive time skip right off the bat but follows the actual second chance of a bastard who got reincarnated into the same world. Honing his skills from a young age to get the advantage! I really love where the author is going with this and I hope to see more in the future, first gene system now this? Nocturn sure doesn't miss does he.
I really like how it happens, interesting to be honest, adding a small time skip at some point, I hope it costs you a little more to win things with the national team since it generally happens in soap operas where they get an important cup and win it right away.

This is exactly what you’d expect for a good SCP fic. I’m not huge on critiquing a solid novel so I won’t do any of that. There’s good grammar and an engaging storyline. Give it a try I highly recommend especially if you like the faction building genre. Good job author!
