How can this book have over 1 million views but only 21 reviews?!!?
To be honest, I got lucky and randomly picked this book because the cover piqued my interest. After reading the synopsis, I couldn’t resist adding it to my library for further review as it had two of my favorite requirements:
✅ Strong and smart FL with an attitude
✅ Transmigration
It just kept getting better once I started reading:
✅ it’s well written
✅ the story flows, it’s NOT choppy, disjointed or confusing
✅ I love the humor, wit and sarcasm
The FL does transmigrate into 5 yr old body, so I’m not sure how looong this novel will be, but if it’s anything like the first 40 chapters then I’m looking forward to reading it?❤️ I love it when there are still so many chapters to read and that I haven’t caught up to the most recent release.
If you want the character to develop than this is not for you. If you like a monotone MC that this is for you. The story was good when I started reading. At first I thought that the MC will improve himself and he did but it's like he is a dead man with no emotions. All he cares about is surgery.He did not think that if he goes to a higher end hospital he would gain more experience and knowledge. The fact that he thinks that only he is a proper doctor is mind blowing.He forgets names and never tries to correct it. Has zero communication skills despite being a doctor but says that he comforted someone who had cancer, plot hole or what?he has also been threatened a few times but never took self defense.Food, friendship, hobbies, nothing. I really wanted a good medical novel with slice of life but this is all about surgery. the MC doesn't even lives at his home. He stays in the hospital all the time. in 100 chapters he went out less than 10 times.All in all I'm disappointed because i really liked the beginning when the MC had some emotions.
I'm pleasantly surprised by this novel.I really dislike apocalyspe novel and always find them trash because of all those harem or romance stuff or even stupid mc.This one have annoying girls but they get slapped by the mc or even killed, the mc is smart and do things step by step without being reckless.--------------------System spoil The mc have a system that ask him items vs system gold and with those gold he can buy the "evolve" function from the system.
This is genius.J'adore ce roman, c'est bien écrit, les personnages sont bien développés : je veux juste connaître la suite ! Je ne sais plus quoi marquer, mais il faut que je remplisse le barème des 140 caractères.

Comedy gold! I've read till the latest chapter and I want more! I don't know what else to say other than saying this novel is just perfect. The comedy-action and the characters are so on point. The romance part makes me kinda jealous, to be honest. 5/5 no doubt! I will wait for the next update!
Let’s be honest, this novel is a unique novel but not the rare one. I like this kind of pet-shop-cultivation-novel but later I had gradually became so disappointed when I read the raw. The tittle novel is “Astral Pet Shop” but this novel hardly mentioned the development of the shop, they didn’t even sell the astral pet but only selling food pet and training customer’s astral pet. That’s all.What’s about the mc? Geeeh, mc is arrogant and a bit madman. Instead how to develop his own shop, mc is rather provoked every big families. He is smart but no wise. He chose to enter the outside secret realm with the risk of one time death when the system already provides him with many secret realms with endless death. The only thing he need is a little bit time, he just need to wait patiently and accumulation of money from shop but he ends up running into the greater risk and provoked some big figures.Seriously, the more i read the more disappointed i became and gradually i lose interest then I drop it.The concept itself was very good and unique but author made this novel to became so cliche. The side characters were even more worst then the mc’s. Overall rate: 5/10
I dont get why ppl were complaining abt how the MC was nerfed in the story, this at first led me to not wanting to read it but i buckled down and read it, the story actually tellls u why he was nerfed and if u dont get the reason why he was nerfed then dude/ette u will need to get ur brain checked. Other than that, I found no problems with the writing quality or anything for that matter wrong with it except the part where the MC doesn't want to read through his predecessors knowledge bcuz he fears he will lose himself which seems like a pretty dumb reason when he could die at any moment if he gets caught or lacks a certain skill or piece of knowledge that could get him out of that situation.
Really interesting premise, so far the character progression of the MC has been great and the author hasn’t fallen into the pitfall of making him OP instantly so it’s nice to see gradual gains in strengths and a change in mindset.
