Personally, I find this novel a really fun read but it might not be everyone’s cup of tea. The author goes into a lot of detail about just about everything, especially with regards to the D&D type leveling system which some readers may find tedious. On the other hand it has an interesting main character who doesn’t always use having played the game before to solve all his problems and instead has to make plans ahead of time to succeed, an interesting world and story reminiscent of Night Ranger, and some cool side characters to flesh things out. I suggest giving it a try!
Kinda stupid. Not sure why you would want the girl who hated him for something that’s not even his fault in his harem. He was a kid, and he was forced to do something, and she hated him for it. Lame.

If an enemy has a name, then don't expect them to die anytime soon. The story has a few good elements of story telling within it, but due to the fact that the author tends to drag things out and repeat many plot points, it causes the story to feel like nothing is ever accomplished. Also this is the kind of story that uses random measurements to try to give things exaggeration, which is fine, but the numbers being thrown out one chapter, would be completely different in the next chapter. The antagonist have more plot armor than the protagonist 98% of the time. After 150 chapters, I began to wonder if the author even hated the protagonist. Even if the protagonist gets a world defying power up, you can definitely expect the antagonist to get 5 random op skills that didn't exist before. The power correction is insane, as the protagonist gets more powerful, everyone else in the world seems to as well, but 3x as fast. As soon as the protagonist reaches a new realm of power, all of the sudden it seems like people at that high level are as common as stars in the sky.The underlying story is there, but the execution is not done very well.

Was one of the most popular and well written Xuan Huan online novel in 2015. It was updated daily and had a huge following. Sad to see the only proper English translation losing popularity. There are just too many types of novels out there and we do not have time to read them all. Nowadays those novels that are interesting & popular would quickly see a comic and animation adaptation. Happy to see that the comic version is out now. Very happy to know that in recent years many great Xian Xia and Xuan Huan online novel that was popular in the past are getting more attention. Most of the people who posted review here knows nothing of the culture that they are even reading. The interesting Chinese names of the various characters, the meaning behind those names, how the nuance of the sentence give different meaning. All lost in translation. All those that criticized the novel, go learn mandarin and read some proper Xuan Huan novel instead.
strong guy takes possesion of a new and weak body a lot of time after his defeat, in other novels the mc just goes on their faceslapping journey, this guy intead bothers with information gathering and testing to make his knowledge up to date, and while gathering power in secret he needs to pay attention to not leave any track of his works because he is not yet the smartest or strongest in the continent. thats a pretty good thing for me
It's a really forced novel and the MC is sometimes really stupid. The author keeps saying how the MC doesn't want trouble yet he does absolutely nothing when the 3 women all go out of their way to cause trouble for him in the most forced way ever, he doesn't even try sometimes and just lets it happen. This is also probably a harem, which completely ruins the novel.It has some unique(as in CN unique) but that's it.
This novel is incredible when it's beginning. But as time goes on it gets boring, it's kind of a 'dragon ball'. It's the same formula. The father was kidnapped, get stronger and save him, the mother was kidnapped (and most probably raped), get stronger and save her. What is the next? The uncle? Grandma? It only revolves around powerful enemies and how to defeat them. It has almost no exploitation of the world, of the peoples, ... abandoned !!!
