Elena is married off to billionaire Tyler Sinead to pay off her father's debt. The details of the contract state that she must bear him a child within one year of their marriage but she is unable to do so after eight months. Tyler becomes impatient and begins to subject her to cruel and harsh treatments which lands in her hospital. She falls in love with her doctor who takes compassion on her and suggests IVF and sperm donation without her husband's consent.
