As Helix walked, his feet tangled around the crevices of the ground that had split during an explosion not too long ago. The air was so thick from the morbid fog that loomed over the city, taking a breath without a mask was practically impossible. He searched every corner of the streets and alleyways, the abandoned mall, wrappers and scraps for even the half eaten bits, only to find that others have already took them. He doesn't blame the others who are just trying to survive just like him, but he couldn't help the feeling of agitation of loss of not being able to find anything.
