This is an excellent novel about a modern girl who穿越到了古代， ends up falling in love with her stepbrother (not biologically related), focusing primarily on their heartwarming relationship. It's a concise read, consisting of around 130 chapters. If you enjoy stories with possessive characters and light-hearted romance, this one is definitely worth giving a try.

However, the title might mislead, as the protagonist's description of the male lead as a "Yandere" coming at night is misleading. The male lead, in reality, does not exhibit yandere behavior and doesn't engage in any secretive nighttime activities. A better title might be "My Possessive Marquis Stepbrother."

A minor issue lies in the original female character, who returns around chapter 60 and causes chaos at the Yu Manor. Her actions are comical and she eventually faces consequences, but her villainous nature is hard to swallow. The protagonist's extraordinary luck, which seems too fantastical for real life, also stretches credibility.

Despite these quirks, the story's focus on the strong bond between the main characters keeps readers engaged. If you can overlook the implausible elements, the narrative offers a satisfying reading experience.

However, the story repeatedly lets these characters act out, diminishing the credibility of the plot.

The villain, original FL, is portrayed as delusional and incompetent, which takes away from her intrigue. On a positive note, FL herself is intriguing, with a strong and assertive affection for ML that matches his feelings. Had it not been for ML's early infatuation and the unsettling nature of their relationship, I might have rated the book higher, as it does have moments of entertainment.

If you're searching for a captivating tale featuring an excessively doting big brother/husband and a strong-willed main character, this story is perfect for you. The sweetness in their interactions could almost give you a sugar rush, though it's important to note that the relationship might appear incestuous to some due to the lack of clarification about their non-kinship to other characters (but it's not actually the case). On a different note, the protagonist's skill in reprimanding manipulative individuals is exceptional, ensuring that even when physically challenged, her intellect and self-respect remain unyielding. To be completely honest, I'm someone who wouldn't blink at a 16/20+ relationship dynamic in these types of novels, but if others find it uncomfortable, that's understandable. It would indeed be highly unusual when translated into a modern context, considering both characters might initially be minors. At 16, I was in my senior year of high school, and the idea of lusting after someone from elementary school (fourth grade) was inconceivable for me. However, I am a regular person, not a pervert. So, just to clarify, the male lead has perverted tendencies. That's what you'll encounter in the story.

As for the story itself, it's average at best. Going in with low expectations and mentally preparing for the perverted male lead should help you enjoy it better.

The beginning was promising, but unfortunately, it quickly turned into a tedious experience. The lack of humor, weak plot, unlikable characters, poor romance, and overall disengaging storyline make it difficult to continue. A fitting tag would be "incest" - with a past-life connection as blood siblings and a current sibling bond in a steamy situation, where the female lead (FL) remains oblivious to the incestuous nature, considering him her brother all along. My issue isn't with the concept itself (as it's fictional), but I intensely dislike the FL's character – a seemingly innocent and naive yet provocatively seductive figure who doesn't seem to grasp the implications of her actions. The constant intimacy without her awareness is frustratingly unrealistic.

Despite the FL and male lead (ML)'s compatibility, intelligence, and minimal conflict, the villains being one-dimensional and the translation being commendable, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this story due to its lackluster content and unbearable boredom.

Well, I've come across quite a few face-slapping web novels before, and usually, if I don't enjoy them, I'd simply drop them. However, this one takes the cake – I felt compelled to share my thoughts.

I could tolerate the FL and ML's quirky interactions, despite them being a bit unsettling. They pretended to be siblings, almost like newlyweds, which was eerily creepy. The FL pretending to be tough but losing her composure around the ML was confusing.

Additionally, the character YMQ was a constant annoyance, but they never properly addressed the issue. It felt like the author was unnecessarily delaying the plot. That's why, despite some redeeming qualities, I couldn't continue past chapter 76. It just didn't resonate with me after that point.

In summary, while it's not entirely terrible, it's not my preferred type of story after chapter 60. If you're willing to overlook the flaws and give it a chance, maybe it'll be worth your time. But for me, it wasn't a good fit after that point.

She displays vulnerability and even jealousy, which I appreciate as it adds depth to their interactions. Their spiritual bond is another appealing aspect.

While the story isn't perfect, it holds its own with well-crafted tension, particularly around plot twists involving the male lead. What sets this apart is the exploration of spirituality, which is a refreshing change from characters who are either skeptical or self-absorbed.

The supporting characters are engaging too, like Princess Nine, adding depth to the narrative. Although there's no explicit content, the subtle forbidden theme adds an intriguing layer.

Despite these positive points, the ending left me wanting more. Perhaps the lack of thorough development of her flower-growing abilities or the lack of resistance from external parties regarding their relationship contributed to the unsatisfying feeling. Hence, I'm giving it four stars instead of five.

If it were fully translated, I would definitely revisit this story.
