For eighteen years, Valerie has lived in the deep abyss under a different name– Lienne, the Great Abyssal. As the story went, Lienne lived fighting and clawing her way up the ladder to crown herself the Great Abyssal. A formidable foe who did not know defeat, the mysterious monster dwelling beneath all of the other horrid creatures lurking in the dark. And so, Valerie lived that story.
In her previous life, she died after reading a cliche third-rate R-18 harem novel, “The Shadow Prince Who is The Descendant of an Ancient Dragon Will Gather Five Sexy Maidens And Prove All of His Enemies Wrong!” as a joke. Never would she have imagined she’d end up living that garbage novel.
Although unforeseen betrayal was what ultimately led her to a gruesome death, she longed to return for the people she loved. Rather, any other place was better than the hell that was the Abyss. After eighteen years of living a nightmare to please the God who sent her here, she finally came to the end of the novel in which she was destined to die.
But things don’t turn out as planned. The hero doesn’t get a harem, he’s significantly taller and far from average-looking as described in the novel, he drags out the final fight…
And why is he sort of her type??
