Abandoned story, demonstrating a clear disinterest on the part of the author.( ￣-￣)

I like the characters in the story, but I feel the grammar could seriously use some work. Comparing the latest chapter to the first chapter, the authors grammar already improved so I'd go back and fix the first few chapters. Maybe incorporate an outline and also increase the pacing... I'd also work more on the descriptions of battles, but overall I liked what I saw besides the mistakes...

Nice book. The concept is interesting, and most especially the ending parts of chapter one caught my attention, leaving me with a crave for more. Good work author.

Shiro was Karma's other half, his twin. However, although the two were twins, they were completely different. She was kind, generous, attentive, capable while Karma was rash, stubborn, and an overall annoyance to everyone around him. With Karma being born with nothing, Shiro was born with the one thing Karma desired: power.

Sudden excruciating pain ran through my body. Blood started to ooze out and dripped on the floor.

The tavern was bustling; several squads were celebrating their victories in the competitions.  Wines were flowing, and cups being raised.  With the constitution of cultivators the fermented beverages were akin to flavoured water, and the cultivators of all ages would drink them as such.  Among the many groups one particularly excited group was celebrating their first victory in the arena.
