Very flat story, mc, world building, storytelling. The beginning  chapters are so boring they being too short is actually good thing. It's the high rating that makes me started reading this novel, and so with high expectation this novel has become a disappointment. The lack of details in world building made me wondered, is this the author's counter action from reading too many Chinese novels' info-dumping, or the author felt just typical generic setting is enough. On the other hand, the info about skills are very frustrating to read. There are too many skills to remember, and because the story lacks meat and bone (Actual progression, character depth), I can't endure and decide to drop. All of these being said, I recognize and appreciate both the author's effort and his courage to publish his work. I think rewriting is required if the author wants to write a good story.

A reincarnated MC, who does not have the memories of the host, and as such in a refreshing twist is not bogged down by stereotypical revenge. A cold mC who is equal to all. There is some Japanese stereotypes but more making of it.

My love for this novel is really something that I just can't describe. Jiang Chen a character almost well versed in everything under the heavens however still couldn't get the one thing his heart desired the most. However fate allowed him a father that was capable and willing to overturn the heavens for his kid. That kind of a father. I don't know what his father put on line but the mere fact that was ready to invite heavenly tribulation to allow his son to live his dream. That kind of unconditional love is really good luck cultivated for eternity.

Interesting plot and the storyline is smooth. The way he handles things and the way he received honor points from system (spirit) was was kinda satisfying. There were few scenario's were MC acted like a child (well practically he is 15) as if embarrassing his rival and considering it as a small victory. Well, she killed (atleast she ordered the death of) MC's parents and his way of revenge looked questionable. And FL knew all of his powers in advance so it kinda feels stagnant. It would be cool if he could inherit something different from previous timeline due to butterfly effect. I'd say though there were few mishaps, it is an interesting story and worth the read.

Behind them, Xiu Ling saw her best friend's family in attendance. Normally, Joann would have sat next to Xu Jing but that day, stuck between them was Sylvia. Xiu Ling sighed, looks like her best friend still had some issues that they needed to work over. At least they were now on the right track.
