Anybody that compares this to My house of horrors or Lord of mysteries truly has a screw loose. Plus this is so low standard I can't even. The novel also has a veryyy shallow view on female characters as we are reminded very often in fact all time, that's all what they exist for really in this novel and that's not even all of it.
Some very good trial reads are not selected . However, the bad ones are getting selected. This one has failed the trial read.I really liked this one. It definitely could improve in some aspects , even then it was countless times better than some cliche novels.

It's a normal modern cultivation setting. Schools focus on cultivation and students work hard to cultivate to higher levels to get into good colleges. It's a meh, only thing I don't like is the cultivation progress of the mc. I must admit, I may have been spoilt by the many trial reads of fast paced cultivation. But dude, this guy was level 5 qi refinement at ch 1 and 20 chapters later he's still at the same level. Overall the story is uninteresting and I practically skimmed the whole 20 chapters and only saw that there were not that much of a change in mc's progress. At most he focused on learning talisman and improving his spirit root's attribute
This is a very well-written story!!! I am hooked, the synopsis is engaging and I find that I am wanting more and more. Author has done such a good job in creating this story, good luck for WSA!! ??

Awful grammar, flat characters, cliche situations and encounters directly from xianxia, inconsistency everywhere. Most abilities are used once or NOT EVE ONCE before being not just forgotten, but deleted. After all the time spent reading their descriptions. First chapters is basically a wikipedia copypaste while later ones are simply not making sense. And the plot holes the size of a galaxy. Oh, and don't get me started about chess-related stuff. As a CM, I was cringing till I dropped despite previously wanting to check just how deep this rabbit hole is. I'm really wondering about those five star reviews through. Oh,and I judging by comment, negative reviews are deleted. Good job.
Honestly I’ve loved what I’ve read so far and as long as the Quality stays the same or at least doesn’t get that much worse I won’t stop reading it I’ve been looking for something with this concept for a while that’s good enough for me to want to read it long termI made this review at chapter 198
Absolutely love this! But author, I saw that most readers were against the whole yuri thing, but if you think that it would make the book better, absolutely go for it! Keep on keeping on!
