For some reason, in random chapters, there will be missing paragraphs of text making it ruin the flow. Would recommend reading it somewhere else.

I Eat Tomatoes is like a freaking machine. Out of all the chinese authors he is undeniably the most stable. I've liked every one of his novels without exception. Super hyped for this.

Also, I would like to request the translator GGP to please write the basic and frequently used terms in meaningful English and not pinyin. Terms like zhen yuan, dou, wang etc are extremely difficult for readers like us who are completely oblivious regarding knowledge of chinese to understand.

Anyhow, best of luck :)

Seeking the Flying Sword Path is written by the famous Chinese author, I Eat Tomatoes (IET). IET is famous for building extensive worlds as he slowly expands the lore of the world as the plot progresses. The story borrows from traditional Chinese legends, making it appear as a fresh world to those unacquainted with Chinese legends. The development of the story introduces various factions, both good and bad, with time. The story is also enriched by the different interests of various factions, along with the black sheep in them.

The protagonist is a family person, who abhors demons for reasons that are explained slightly further into the story. As a man of justice, we slowly learn of his history that brings him to his present state. It's a very fresh take on the usual troupe of starting from zero. Like the title suggests, he uses flying swords both to attack and defend himself. It adheres closely to the romantic notion by ancient Chinese to fly on swords to immortality.

The story is still in its infancy but I'm confident IET will expand the world and give us pleasant surprises like he usually does. Join the protagonist with his friends, family, and lover in his journey towards immortality!

Readers are in for a world of pain as far as cultivation terms are concerned. Although GGP's translation is acceptable. He leaves a lot of terms in pinyin. I myself had to do a lot of research to understand a lot of terms in BTTH. I mean Dou = Battle. Wang = King ( maybe?) Huang=? I only know that Di = Emperor ( From AGM ). As far as IET's novels are concerned a lot of mythologies are included if you want to enjoy the story you have 2 options.
1) Convince GGP to do what RWX does.
2) Search for it yourself.
As far as the novel is concerned I believe IET ain't screwing it up. So enjoy my fellow readers!

So GGP goes and picks up a Novel, Promising 10 chapter a week, so we can see why Demons Diary was cut down to 1 or 2 chapters every 2-3 weeks

Also, For the love of god stop using Pinyin terms, just Translate them, Its not as bad as "World of Cultivation"'s Translation, But its still pretty annoying

In any case, its an IET Story, So its going to be a fun ride, i dont think its Going to have any relation to Stellar transformations characters until near the end (much like his older stories)

IET is my favorite writer. The translation is okay, don’t ruin the review with prejudice. There is only one pinyin, which is zhenyuan. it didn't block my reading, it's a great novel. every c-novel lover should read it!

This is a refreshing read about a sword cultivator. It starts when he returns home after adventuring for the last 6 years. The MC has morals and isn't like in some of the other novels where he is a completely shameless b*stard. It is another great novel by I eat Tomatoes.
There are also hints of romance and it isn't some harem novel it is the story of two cultivators who grow closer together as they suffer through adversities together. All in all it is a great read.
