Synopsis – The Hype War: When the Entertainment Industry Forgets to Entertain
Once upon a time (or maybe it wasn’t, because this doesn’t even really sound like a story) there was a world dominated by two gaming companies that competed for something much more valuable than the players’ enjoyment: their money.
On one side, Cruel Territories, a studio whose name says it all. Their games were brutal, realistic, and required the player to buy a Season Pass to unlock the option to pause the game. On the other, Lekox, who believed that if a story didn’t leave you confused enough to doubt your own sanity, then it wasn’t even worth playing.
