A masterpiece.. And for it to be dropped abd picking up trash generic novels.. Webnovel you're ****!
Now I feel whole trial read system is ****! No point ..you don't see ratings you don't see views and readers opinions and just choose based on editors choice or your so called coins used of which we don't even get to see the data.. For fucks sake those novels it picked up won't even last long! Fcking generic trash novels..fck you!

This novel deserves its tags as Horror Thriller. It gets you tense and gets your heart pounding. You might even feel a chilling sensation over your body.

The novel has a lot of lows and high, not in quality but to keep the reader from burning out. It gets tense and heart pounding then it let's you relax. Again and again you feel thrill and horror of the novel but it doesn't continue to the point of exhaustion. Very nice you can binge this and not feel like bad after.

I want to talk about the plot but I'd need to add the spoiler option and that be annoying. All I can say is this is more of a horror novel at the start that turns into a thriller and again horror eventually it turns into a medical novel. You'll be reading horror thriller mystery at the start. Main character is still a newbie doctor at the start so he won't be like the person in the synopsis until who knows what chapter.

Also this novel suffers from **** cover art and bad synopsis. A novel can be good but if it's wrapped in shir who would pick it up to read? It needs better art.

Feeling salty.
This seemed like a promising break from webnovels typical works, but it has been taken out of the voting pool. Why even promote these books when webnovel won't even give them a translation run?
At this point, I'm better off learning Chinese since I might be able to read them in the far future, unlike waiting for a translation that'll never come.

If you like house of horror and the Lord of Mystery there is no need to further read this review quickly go and read this novel you won't regret it. So far I've read the first 39 so this is my review of it, READ AND VOTE  don't let this Hidden Gem go to waste.

In the past I had rated this novel quite highly, but as of chapter 200 I’m beginning to get fed up with how the book is written.

The system quickpy becomes irrelevant and there is no progression on that end nor is it even mentioned hardly at all. His medical skills? Also essentially become obsolete except for every 50 chapters he will maybe do a dissection.

The MC has turned into some mystical detective who continuously gets led around by his nose by all these different organizations who make him constantly have illusions.

Literally. Half the book from chapters 50-200 is just the guy having illusions and suffering. His abilites help him hardly at all and he remains a weak character all throughout. Even when the MC strengthens himself, its all for naught.

The MC is a powerless character who just follows a line others have set out for him and everything he does is all calculated by others.

Its the same shitty feeling as 008 in Lord of the Mysteries where everything the MC does is just what the quill writes. I’m not even able to articule in words the feeling other than just how disappointing and unenjoyable it is.

I never stopped reading from start to finish! Chapter 1-60, I enjoyed every single one! I hope that this novel is picked and continued instead of the other copy and paste novels that fill this site!

Love it! A Medical student, with a brain tumor. Diving, one last time he finds a system, with growth potential via work. Stick with it until chapter 10. Fast paced, an excellent read.

Well this is weird. I found a manhua named "Dr.Don" with a similar storyline but that had different names. That manhwa stopped updating at chapter 81. If anyone know about this, please reply.

Not so much, but it's definitely for top 10, I'd say it's better than shadow slave
