Pros:
1. This really, Really, REALLY a good novel. It is easy to read and the plot isnt that complicated. Most of the time its all about the Slice of Life between the MC, his Elfin (Game Pets or Historical Pets aka like Hachiko), the Side Characters, and the Industry
2. A LOT of good drama side stories which will touch your heart! (I cried at some tbh)
3. A LOT of useful information about pets and events that are REALLY useful in IRL (Literally, I have pets so I can understand, can also help others decide which pet breed to have)
4. Comedy is TOP TIER! (If you have read Im Really A Super Star then its that level of Comedy)
5. MC is as shameless as those shamless OP characters in Wuxia or Xianxia!

What exactly is the "fantasy" aspect of this novel?
As a "fantasy weeb" myself, I'm at the stage where relaxing fantasy stories really hit the spot. Would this novel also fit in the genre?

Hmmmm I wont say its similar to those western and eastern fantasy where dragons and fling sword exist. If I have to say, its more of a supernatural thing? Not really saying about ghost and stuffs. Just try reading it and youll know. But tbh Im also a fantasy weeb and I find this novel not really a fantasy that we like to read about. Honestly, Im had fun continuing reading this because of the comedy and mystery rather than the system or fantasy stuff

Cat King. If you interested in cats with more purrsonality than your average Wuxia MC, want to laugh your ass off, and pawty with the coolest cats ever written then this is the purrfect book for you. Read it.

I dropped this novel because of the cat patriotism.

I expected him to find famous legendary pets that are mythical and imaginary but he just found cat after cat and stereo type after stereo type.

Can anyone give me an update on the current status of the pet type and count by episode 1000+?

Why is this novel ranked so low? It's a pretty decent novel with a lot of useful IRL information and good comedy. Sure, in the second half things get a little boring and some characters get bad personalities but it's still good.

4. Roller Coaster Interest ( Sometimes you like the arc, sometimes you dont, so just skimm over them)
5. Decreased translation near the end (Its still understandable)

Yes, you will get hyper sensitive to slightest of sounds if you read house of horror i.e. if you are not a horror specialist who watches horror movie daily.

I read about 250 or something chapter but dropped it, because of 4 sleepless nights even though I was hugging my brother the whole night.

I am still afraid to reread that.
