Why are the fingers on the cover art guy so long?

Funnily I believe the Author or whoever pick the cover art, just picked a fanart of Flamebringer from Arknights (yeah, it's a character from a game) and just used it as a cover art...

Some people have this long fingers so it's not weird or out of reality.

Guys, dont expect updates any time in the near future. Author is becoming like MyLittleBrother. He has 6 series, only 2 of them are finished, one is on hiatus (this one), one is dropped, and in the past half year he started 2 new series, and he already dropped one of them.

The author must be related to Mad Snail.
