Thank you for SUCH a Beautiful story and a continuation of such a loving family. I have really enjoyed this story and definitely recommend it!

This story reeks of the typical chineese brainwashed mentality... If the reader is a normal person (aka not brainwashed with chineese ideals) you will find that almost everything in it seems like a joke. From the interactions between characters, to the social gerarchy structure, to how oficials do as they please and normal people endure corruption, to the illogical behaviour of the mc... I can't understand the logic it follows.I am not chineese so I'm not sure how much things like these are real or not there, but from my perspective every situation here seems ridiculous.I don't recomend it.

incredible journey. well worth the read, the world building is insane, and the characters themselves are all beautiful to read. the story has both melancholic and hopeful elements, so be prepared to cry. but gorgeous gorgeous story. i wish there were more like it ??

Victor's journey, his growth, and his determination to break through his limits make him an incredibly relatable and inspiring character. The world-building is top-notch—there's a clear sense of depth to the setting, and it really feels like you're stepping into a harsh, yet full of potential, world. The pacing is great too, never too slow or too rushed. It’s perfectly balanced between action and character development. I especially liked how the stakes are continuously raised. From Victor’s humble beginnings to the larger forces at play, you can tell the author knows exactly where they’re taking this.The characters, especially Victor, are given so much depth. You really get to understand his thoughts, motivations, and his internal struggles, which makes him feel like a real person. And the way he interacts with others? It feels so natural and realistic.The little details like the way Victor thinks about stats and his ambition to push beyond the limits are fascinating. The stats system isn’t just an arbitrary thing—it really affects the characters’ lives, and it's integrated into the world in a way that feels very real. And then there’s the cliffhanger at the end! The twist with the bounty and the artifact? Yeah, I did not see that coming.
