It's a very slow pace story. The characters and MC IQ is walnut-sized, letting people attack them leave easily. Also, the most annoying character Liao Bufan exposes all the information that is supposed to be secret and acts scared and stupid all the time. He lakes common sense making stupid people seem intelligent compared to him.

I got bored after the first 100 chapters or so. It was a good introduction to the story but it just got bogged in details.

Something fresh with depth to explore. The environment is being developed in a manner that almost you can do the guess work and as the protagonist is also unaware and is trying to make sense of which is fascinating. It a fresh take and I'm expecting a lot from this novel

He thought the pole was cool but realized many people could have this as their niche so he decided to use chains. As if in an abstract way of letting people know he felt that the world kept him in chains dragging him down, everytime he used the chains they were attracted to him to get closer to the source material that was providing the essence. They would wrap around his wrists or sometimes legs or anywhere on his body as it was random. They would drag him back closer to the ground where they came from and at first Phillip was a little scared but got over it, even though he did not train the chains to wrap ground him.

I ignored him, and searched with my fingers until I found what I was looking for, a long, thick blanket that was dark and soft. I grinned, and pulled it out, dragging it out, and darted over to snatch two of the four pillows off of the boy's bed. I glanced at him to see if he had any objections, only to find that he was in the bathroom, the shower starting up with a hiss. I was left alone with the pile of blankets and the pillows in my hands, and they provided a bit of warmth against my arms as I stood there. I heard the boy stepping into the shower, the sound of his feet rasping against the damp shower floor. Hmm…I wonder what he looks like nak–
